Real Yeshuos – In the Zechus of the Ohr HaChaim HaKadosh
So many Yidden have experienced life-changing miracles and brachos from Shamayim in the merit of their deep connection to the tzaddik and their support of this holy cause. Here are just a few powerful stories:
He Will Stand for You in Judgment
It was a regular day… until I opened an envelope that made my knees tremble. A court summons — a claim for an astronomical sum from someone I had never even met. Quickly I realized: I had fallen into a
sophisticated scam.
I sought the best legal advice. The lawyers didn’t give me much hope. “This is a dangerous man,” they said. “No one’s ever succeeded in court against him — even the legal system avoids dealing with him.”
Shaken and desperate, I wandered the streets of Yerushalayim, trying to catch a breath and calm my fears. Then, I bumped into a dear friend. I shared my heart with him.
He listened closely and said, “I won’t bother you with all kinds of segulos, but as a true friend, I have one heartfelt suggestion. There’s a heilige organization that spreads the Torah of the Ohr HaChaim HaKadosh. For a modest donation, they light a ner and daven for you at his tzion. I’ve seen people helped by it.”
Without hesitation, I called the number he gave me, submitted my bakashos and credit info — and turned my eyes to Shamayim, asking that in the zechus of the tzaddik and the tefillos at his holy kever, truth and justice should shine forth.
The day of the trial arrived. The lawyers were stunned.
“Did you pull strings behind the scenes?” they asked.
I just smiled. They wouldn’t understand. But deep in my heart I knew — I didn’t work behind the scenes… I went above the scenes.

My Heart Rejoices in Your Simcha
It was Friday, the day before the aufruf. The father and mother were whispering anxiously — the house had no money, and the chasunah was just days away.
All the usual solutions had already been used up for two older sons — loans, second mortgages, everything. Now the third son was engaged, and the family was staring at the simcha with no means to move forward.
This father was no stranger to the Ohr HaChaim’s holy mosdos — he had learned in one of their kollelim for years. With a broken heart but firm emunah, he approached the Rosh Kollel with a generous donation. “Please daven for me,” he said, “and light a ner in my zechus. Maybe, with the koach of the tzaddik, I’ll see a
yeshuah.”
The wedding day came. Everyone danced and rejoiced — but the father’s heart was heavy. How would he cover the costs?
Then, moments before the mitzvah tantz, an old friend walked in, glowing. “Mazel tov!” he said, giving him a warm handshake. Surprised, the father wondered why this friend had reappeared after years.
The friend explained, “I had a large sum of maaser money. I davened to know who to give it to — and I heard my old friend, a true talmid chacham, is marrying off his son tonight.”
He handed over an envelope. Inside: ₪50,000.
The father smiled. This wasn’t a miracle above nature — it was the Ribbono Shel Olam working
through nature, in the zechus of the tzaddik.
I gave for the tzaddik — and bracha came back.

He Who Sits and Makes Shidduchim
For three years, the phone didn’t ring. The boy — now 23 — had seen shidduch after shidduch start and fall apart. The house was quiet. Somber. Classmates were already married; some were raising their first children.
The father was a successful businessman, money wasn’t the issue. Then one day, he saw a simple leaflet: “Avreichim who learn with yiras Shamayim will mention your name at the kever of the Ohr HaChaim and light a ner in his zechus.”
He thought, What’s a hundred dollars? and picked up the phone.
A few months passed — and everything changed. Suddenly, shidduch calls flooded the house. Not long after, the boy sat at the mizrach table, alongside a happy father-in-law — a talmid chacham thrilled to have found such a choshuve chosson for his daughter.
